The señor and I had the pleasure to try out Trey Foshee's new restaurant, Galaxy Taco, and boy was it tasty!!
My Top 5 on the Menu: Grilled Elote, Taco de Birria, The Tacolandia (marinated, braised and seared
pork shoulder, jalapeno slaw, chicharron), Grilled Octopus Tostada (bean puree, avocado,
tomato, burnt orange-habanero salsa) and the Churros with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. Yum!
