A Backyard Wedding Fiesta: Tacos & Paletas

When it came to planning our wedding we went the easy route.  There was no stress.  No fighting.  No bridezilla moments to speak of.  For the food we wanted something tasty that our guests would truly enjoy.  Of course, it had to be Mexa-themed.  Our amigos over at San Diego Taco Company did not disappoint.  They served up tacos, empanadas, flautas, ceviche, fruit cups and agua fresca.  It was absolutely perfect.  We ate every last morsel.  It was that good.  As for the dessert, our lovely friends from Viva Pops made us the most delicious paletas - salted caramel, mango orange pineapple and margarita.  Sooo yummy!! And, because my señor likes loves bundt cake, I surprised him with bundts and bundtinis from Nothing Bundt Cakes.   Like I said, we kept it simple and tasty, and our guests could't have been happier.
Visit San Diego Taco Company at their new restaurant in Barrio Logan, Salud!  For your Viva Pop fix, check out their super cute shop on Adams Ave., or get them at Casa Artelexia.
