This weekend I whipped up some quick and easy canary melon and watermelon paletas! They’re a traditional, tasty way to cool off, and a great way to use
the extra pulp from agua fresca juicing.
Here’s what
you’ll need:
-watermelon
pulp or canary melon pulp (or both!)
-popsicle
molds
Scoop out
the pulp from the watermelon or canary melon after you’ve juiced them to make
your agua fresca. Fill your popsicle molds with the pulp and let them freeze
overnight. In the morning, you’ll have tasty melon paletas! And don’t worry if
you mix and match ingredients – there are no rules in creating paletas!
