Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 pack of Saltine crackers, crumbs
1 cup of cilantro, chopped
3 Serrano
chiles, diced
1-2 eggs 3/4 cup red onion 1 tbsp Salsa Maggi 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Shape turkey mixture into 6 patties. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add burgers- cook until brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low and cook until burgers are cooked throughout.
Option: Add pepper jack cheese for extra spiciness!

This British favorite is perfect for any summer occasion. 1 part Pimm's No. 1 (50 proof, gin based alcohol) , 2 parts 7Up, mint leaves, slices of lemons, oranges, strawberries and cucumbers. Here is a similar recipe with instructions via Bon Appetit.
