A Quick Trip to Tacobar

On my most recent visit to Fillmore St. in San Francisco, it took a glance at a delicious plate and a whiff of tacos to draw me into Tacobar for a quick bite.

The small Mexican restaurant offers traditional street food, cheap-ish specials (I had a beer battered shrimp taco with jicama and mango for four bucks! Not bad for SF dining), and a sweet selection of aguas frescas. The interior is clad in saturated yellows, blues, and reds that represent the aesthetic of street and baja buildings, and a large Loteria "Mano" covers the bathroom door. Definitely a fun place to try!
