It has been raining non-stop here in San Diego and it's got me thinking about rain boots. I absolutely love wearing rain boots, especially with some cute tights or leggings. So cozy and cute! Too bad we rarely get the opportunity to wear them here. Anyhow, if you do get to wear them, here are a few of my top picks. Glad to hear that you love to wear your Wellingtons with Tights or leggings,I always wear my Wellingtons with Stockings or Tights, I love the feel of them against my legs.
