Lola's Cocina: Mango Agua Fresca

Ingredients:
3 ripe mangos (I prefer Manila or ataulfo mangos for this recipe)
1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
6 cups water
Preparation:
  1. Peel mango and remove flesh from pit.
  2. Blend mango, sugar, and 6 cups water on medium for 60 seconds.
  3. Pour into large pitcher.
  4. Chill and serve over plenty of ice.
Fun Tip: Add Tajin to the rim of your glass for an extra little spice and kick!
